WHERE IS DYSFUNCT BASED?

Dysfunct is based on the east coast of Australia in the city of Newcastle, NSW.

WHO DO I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS?

WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up to the Dysfunct Mailing list and You will receive email notifications each time we release new products.

DO YOU GUYS RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

All our items are exclusive to single releases with no intention to be re-stocked.

What if I'm unsure which size to order?

Get in contact with us and we will attempt to provide more assistance in helping find the perfect size for you.

What if the product or size I want is OUT OF STOCK?

Most products are available in limited quantities when released to maintain product exclusivity. Make sure you join our mailing list for any product announcements to ensure you don’t miss out.

What if the size I want is not an option?

We love feedback so please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us if a size you wish to buy is not currently an Option. We will use this information to provide more sizing options for future releases.

HOW DO THE GARMENTS FIT?

Please Refer to the product descriptions and size charts for each product to ensure you get the fit you desire.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

Please refer to the care instructions label on your garment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe and Paypal to accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc.) as per their terms & conditions. Afterpay is also an option available when checking out.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

No you don’t. You can make purchases through Paypal without an account or use stripe. Neither options require an account to be created to make purchases.

Is Afterpay available on your site?

Yes we have Afterpay available Allowing you to pay for things in 4 split payments. Head to the Afterpay website for more info.

Is my payment and information safe?

Yes! All payment and shopper's personal information is protected and secure. Payment information is transferred from your computer to our WEBSITE’S servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https) to ensure this safety. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us for better assistance and clarification.

How can I use my gift card?

In the checkout process there is a spot to enter the unique code for your gift card. If you have any questions regarding gift cards please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

How do I use a DISCOUNT code?

In the checkout process there is a spot to enter the Discount code. If you have any questions regarding Discount codes please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

Due to system limitations, we are unable to retrospectively apply your discount code to an order that has already been placed, so please take extra care ensuring that this has been correctly entered and the discount code has been applied.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order online. However, having an account speeds up the process for your future orders with your saved shipping information and your order history.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to any country that Auspost support. Please check their website to ensure we can deliver to you. Unfortunately we will be impacted by any delays they incur and therefore the estimated durations may be incorrect.

$10.00 AUD FLAT RATE

EXPRESS AUSTRALIA DELIVERY
$16.00 AUD FLAT RATE

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
$25.00 AUD FLAT RATE

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
$30.00 AUD + $5.00 EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM

Any additional charges due to taxes etc. will be the responsibility of the receiver.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow for 1-3 business days for order processing and shipment. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following week. See the following estimations for your selected shipping method under normal circumstances.

Standard Aus Shipping: 3-6 Business days to metro area. 5+ Business days to rural areas.
Express AUS Shipping: Within 2 Business Days.
International: Estimated 11-13 Business Days.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order through the Auspost website.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately as shipments are usually processed within 24 hours. The later you leave the cancellation request the higher the chance is that we won’t be able to cancel your order before processing.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
